The involuntary muscle movement disorder known as Tardive Dyskinesia has undoubtedly caused a great deal of suffering for a number of people in America and elsewhere, and although there is still much to be learned about Tardive Dyskinesia, one thing which has been brought to the public’s attention with help from Tardive Dyskinesia Youtube videos is that for some, this involuntary muscle movement disorder may have been caused by a prescription drug.
The prescription drug Metoclopramide, also known as Reglan has been used as a way to treat gastro-intestinal problems as well as heart burn, and although this drug may have been effective in helping some, there is now evidence which shows that for others, Reglan may have been the source of a tremendous amount of physical, emotional, and financial suffering as some who took this prescription drug ended up developing Tardive Dyskinesia.
